PRIDE-C DHIS2 Application
The PRIDE-C DHIS2 Application is a Javascript dashboard application that can be installed into DHIS2 instances. It is specifically configured to work with PRIDE-C forecasts of malaria, diarrhea disease, and acute respiratory infections among children under 5 years old. It provides a user-friendly front-end for accessing disease forecasts and climate variables through maps, time series graphs, and data tables. It is currently available in French.

PRIDE-C R Package
PRIDE-C is an R package that provides standardized API functionality for forecasting climate-sensitive disease from DHIS2 data. It includes functions to import data from DHIS2, process data for modeling, tune up to five different models, forecast from the tuned models, and export data back to a DHIS2 instance.

pridec_gee
pridec_gee is a Python library used by the PRIDE-C project to import remotely-sensed environmental climate variables into a DHIS2 instance via Google Earth Engine. It can currently import up to 11 climate variables from satellite sensors such as MODIS, Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and from climate models such as FEWSNET.
